New and Nervous Smartphone Customers Turn to Verizon Wireless

When upgrading to a smartphone, consumers can be overwhelmed or even confused by the options and features of their new device. To help customers become more familiar with their smartphone, Verizon Wireless offers in-store wireless workshops across Southern California. The workshops feature an overview of the device and 1:1 time with Verizon representatives to ask questions and learn everything about their smartphone. These workshops are held in English and Spanish language.

Here is what Verizon customers are saying about the workshops:

ÔÇó "Providing these classes is outstanding and absolutely necessary. It's really nice that Verizon has gone a step beyond in what they needed to do to help customers," said Carole Henry, L.A. Makes Sense

ÔÇó "The workshop was extremely helpful and the Verizon team was very patient, professional, kind and handled questions very well." ÔÇô Maryanne, Marina del Rey

ÔÇó "I didn't know how to use my tablet very well, and now I have a better understanding of how it works thanks to the workshop." ÔÇô Claudia, Montebello
