"No one has done more for the community than Jose Sigala, who represents a new generation of community focused leadership," said LA County Supervisor Gloria Molina.
She continued, "As a long standing resident, community volunteer and organizer of Council District 13, Jose Sigala has both the professional and community credentials to be an effective leader and City Council Member in City Hall."
