Screenwriter Armando Saldanamora Creates Innovative Web Series

Mexican Screenwriter Armando Saldanamora creates innovative new web series "Progress" about technology and sharing information. "Progress" is a 10-episode web series that takes place in a parallel timeline in which Victorian England has a steam-powered internet.

Oscar Lerwill, the Artful Hacker of Victorian London, discovers an encrypted file posted by Jack the Ripper. Now Oscar has to find the clues to decode it in order to save his beloved Lila DeClide (the Alluring Cam-Harlot of VirtualWhitechapel.com) and avoid the perilous mind-games of Adam Rhett (the Mad Troll of WikiPunchProgress.com).

"Progress" is still seeking funds to complete the first season, but has already produced the official teaser video that has garnered very positive attention from filmmakers and bloggers alike. Not only is this a show that is inspired by the internet and produced for the internet -- but it is also a trans media project. "Progress" has interactive companion websites where fans can log on and solve the clues alongside Oscar Lerwill.

Please watch the official teaser video here:
