Teen Celebrity Web Show by Latinos Taking Hollywood By Storm

A new web series called Teens Wanna Know is sending a message to teens all over the world: celebrities are good people that care about their communities and get involved. In fact, the show can be considered an "anti-TMZ," with a mission to combat the negativity present in yellow journalism outlets with good information young people can actually use.

Teens Wanna Know features teens conducting red carpet and one-on-one interviews with both established celebrities and up-and-coming artists. Notable guests have included Francis Ford Coppola, 80s star Corey Feldman, Alyson Hannigan, Vince Gilligan, Danica McKellar, R.J. Mitte, Laura Marano, Skai Jackson, Matthew Weiner and many more.

The show was launched August 2012 on Youtube, with a website which followed this April. It was founded by Cuban-American Willie Pe??a and his Cuban wife, Diana Pe??a, and currently hosted by their three children. This Latino family moved to Hollywood around three years ago to pursue a career in the arts, and they are making their dreams come true while doing something positive for the community.

The show is supported by advertisers, and is branching out into an internet radio station and written articles that gives advice for teenagers on topics such as books, education, relationships, and more.

Teens Wanna Know: "Empowering today's youth to make good choices, using celebrities as positive role models."
