Verizon Wireless actively hiring for hundreds of positions in California; veterans encouraged to apply

Verizon Wireless is calling all customer-focused career seekers in California. The company is recruiting to fill over 500 positions in Southern California by mid-year.

"Due to the popularity of our new MORE Everything calling plans, we are hiring MORE employees, so please apply here!" said Shelyse Anderson, associate director of Talent Acquisition for Verizon Wireless.

The positions offer competitive salaries and benefits, including health care coverage that begins on the first day of employment, and participation in the company's 401 (k) program with a dollar-for-dollar match of up to six percent of an employee's salary contribution. Verizon also offers tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance and bonuses.

The positions will be based in Verizon Wireless stores across Southern California and include both full-time and part-time opportunities.
