Harp Traditions of Latin America

The OC Therapeutic Arts Center is proud to present the Concert of the Masters.
The event brings together Harp masters for the first time from three different countries. Dario Robayo Sanabria, Alberto De La Rosa, and Cesar Daniel Lopez come together from Colombia, Mexico, and Paraguay, respectively. We invite you to experience the performances of true maestros, who will also be performing alongside music students. They are sure to please the crowd both with individual performances, as well as a group performance. You're not going to want to miss los maestros!

In addition to the concert, there will also be three days of Latin American Musical Workshops starting on June 25th leading up to the main event. These events will give instruction in various instruments and vocals. Tickets for workshops can be purchased for a single day or all three days, and the events will be at the OC Therapeutic ARTS Center.

The main event will take place on Saturday, June 28th 7:00pm at Phillips Hall Theatre at Santa Ana College. A silent auction will take place at 5:00pm and we promise to have great prizes from our sponsors for you to be on. Event tickets are $25 and proceeds will benefit the OC Therapeutic Arts Center. To find out more about the event and organization, as well as purchase tickets you can visit OCCTAC.org/harpfestival or call 949.285.6484.

The OCCTAC is a non-profit organization specializes in providing programs and services related to arts and music to children with special needs, at-risk youth, as well as the whole community. The After School ARTS Program and Therapeutic ARTS Program provide artistic training and therapy in music and art. The silent auction proceeds will benefit the children of these and other programs. A full list of programs and their descriptions can be found at the OCCTAC website. The ARTS make a difference!
