Brenda's Story

I just read an article in the September issue of Latina magazine that Hispanic Latinas are prone to being the highest risk for Brest Cancer. I really did not understand what this was until a girl by the name of Brenda approached our company and asked if we can help.

I was first surprised and second intrigued by her courage. To make a long story short, Brenda is a talented and aspiring model who came to my office and basically asked for me for help because she read about me and told me "my mother has breast cancer and she does not have long to live and we can't pay the bills?.

I immediately got on the phone and verified her story with her brother. Since March of 2001, ACE Productions Entertainment Group and myself has been assisting Brenda with basic living expenses. Brenda, a 15-year old teenager, is one of the strongest individuals I have ever meet and I have met some strong-willed people before, her wit along with her beauty can take her a long way if she applies herself she can make it to the top.

Sadly, on 9/18/03 Brenda along with her brother notified me that Eva Hernandez another, great Hispana, has left us and has gone on to a better place. I, as well as my associates, were extremely sad to hear the news, and I ironically thought I recently just read that issue of Latina regarding Breast Cancer.

In closing, our work with Brenda and her family is not enough. Brenda has asked us to assist in this time of need. In all honesty due to the current economy our company was only able to provide 15 % for the Brenda Robles family.

Brenda needs the help of the public especially her Mexican people and all Hispanos and Latinos need to assist Brenda with the balance of her mothers cremation since she was not able to afford a burial nor a plot.

Send All Donations to: Rodolfo Robles, 1925 Harvard So. Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90018

On behalf of Ace Productions Entertainment Group and Brenda we thank you for the support in the extremely tring time. Pa' Lante y gracias.
