Wellness and Wine from Sea to Vineyards

Everyone deserves some relaxation time, and as summer begins there is no better way to reinvigorate than focusing on your personal wellness. Ocean breezes, quaint vineyards, friendly hospitality, exercise, healthy food, and the serenity of Baja combine in an all-new Wellness Program offered at Hotel Coral and Marina in Ensenada, Mexico.

Led by San Diego-based yogi and Feldenkrais healing expert Logan Fisher, the all-new Wellness Program includes accommodations for four days and three nights, three healthy meals, three training sessions in the hotel's newly renovated gym, hikes and yoga sessions. In addition, the Wellness Program will feature thematic talks related to health and wellbeing, and C Spa services including sauna, Jacuzzi and pools, coaching and lessons on physical consciousness in movement and stillness, and more.

Perched on the Bay of Todos Santos, at the gateway to Baja California's acclaimed Napa-like wine country, Hotel Coral and Marina blends the best of land and sea experiences. Wellness guests are treated to oceanfront and vineyard-front yoga classes, power walks along the ocean, truly a serene setting that allows guests to relax, unwind, and breathe in the ocean air.

While retreating at Hotel Coral, guests can also enjoy the exciting flavors of Baja California cuisine, or taste wine from more than 100 local varietals, predominantly from the nearby Valle de Guadalupe at Bistro & Cava, featuring Baja's largest local wine cellar.
