On January 5th, 2016, Seed&Spark will release "The Grover Complex", enabling viewers to watch the coming-of-age-comedy on multiple digital platforms including iTunes, Amazon Prime, Vudu, and Google Play.
The film was written by, produced by, and stars young Latino actor, Fernando Noor, who created the project after finding himself limited to stereotypical "ethnic friend" roles. The film features a diverse cast, including Matthew Moy from CBS' "2 Broke Girls". The film also has a female director, Karen Bullis; a female producer, Claire Wasmund; a female cinematographer, Shweta Chanda Wadhwa; a female production designer, Raisa Miranda; and a female art director, Elizabeth Garner.
The movie follows awkward Latino student, Grover, who seeks to win over the girl of his dreams after a humiliating ride home from a school party. Grover is forced to face the age-old question, "does size matter" as he tries to discover what makes the true measure of a man. The film was accepted into 16 film festivals, with wins in "Best Comedy" and "Best of Festival".
