Sing for La Virgen

The Latino Theater Company is holding another open audition on Sunday, November 16 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM for a few more Spanish Speaking Chorus singers for its upcoming production of ?La Virgen de Guadalupe-Dios Inantzin..?

This production, directed by Jose Luis Valenzuela and written by Evelina Fernandez, will be performed on Wednesday, December 10 @ 7:00 PM inside the new Downtown Los Angeles Cathedral. Gary Busby is the Choral Musical Director and Linda O?Brien is Assistant Choral Musical Director. La Virgen de Guadalupe-Dios Inantzin stars Suzanna Guzm?n as La Virgen de Guadalupe and Sal Lopez as Juan Diego.

All interested singers must come prepared with a song. We will provide a tape and CD player if you need one. There is also a piano accompanist. However, you are welcome to sing a cappella.

We will be selecting qualified singers on the spot. So please be prepared to come back at 2:00 PM, that same day, for a 4 hour rehearsal if you are chosen.

Auditions will be held (once again) on Sunday, November 16 between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM at the Police Activities League located at:

1401 Olympic Boulevard, Santa Monica, CA 90404 (N.E. Corner of 14th and Olympic)
