The Story of Go Betty Go

Hello, before we get into our EP release details we would like to share a little Go Betty Go history with you.

It was 2001 when we came together and formed "Go Betty Go". With our friend Gabriel "Frontrow" Rowland of "The Peak Show" we recorded our first demo which allowed us to make our first step onto the music scene. Do you guys remember our Mr. T's Bowl days in Highland Park? In case you didn't know, that is the place where we became who we are today. We owe a lot to Mr. T's Bowl and everyone who supported us there.

Soon after our many residencies at Mr. T's Bowl we began to play other local clubs in LA 3- 5 times a week, sometimes even twice in one night. We put everything in our lives aside and only focused on one thing ... the music. It hasn't been as easy as it may seem.

We've worked extremely hard and continue to work even harder till this day. Our lives have changed and we are doing what we truly love and strongly believe we are meant to do. After continuous gigs and the 2003 Warped Tour, we were extremely happy to be signed by Side One Dummy Records in October 2003.

During November 2003 through February 2004 we were hard at work on our first official EP titled "Worst Enemy". With GOD's will and our hard work, this EP will be a stepping stone in our musical career.

Today we find ourselves on tour with four more days to go for the release of this 5 song (enhanced with extra GBG footage) EP that we've worked so hard for. With all this said, we would love to invite everyone who has been part of GBG, to our Record Release show on Tuesday, April 20th at Tower Records in Glendale at 6 pm.

It's difficult to describe what we are feeling right now but it is true happiness and excitement.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us over these past few years.

With much love,
