Make 'Em Laugh

A native of La Puente, CA, Jeff Garcia has been a stand-up comic since the age of 15, when he took second place at an amateur contest at a local comedy club. His sharp wit and hilarious material on growing up Latino in a multi-cultural community quickly won the admiration of audiences at many Hollywood comedy clubs where he became a favorite by the age of twenty.

He soon gained national notoriety after being selected as a semi-finalist on Star Search hosted by actor/comedian Arsenio Hall. Among his many other television appearances are NBC's Friday Night, Qu? Locos, Vibe, Comedy Central's Comic Justice, HBO's Loco Slam, Fox' Culture Clash and a half-hour MTV comedy special. He also hosted Loco Comedy Jam which was filmed live at The Ice House.

Garcia's feature film credits include Nickelodeon's Oscar-nominated ?Jimmy Neutron Boy Genius? as the voice of Sheen, Warner Brother's soon to be released animated film ?Happy Feet? as the voice of Renaldo and ?Cursed, Part 3.?

Jeff Garcia will headline eight shows at The Ice House on November 24, 26-28.

The Ice House Comedy Club is the oldest operating comedy club in America. During its 44 years, The Ice House has featured stand-up comedy with such acts as Jerry Seinfeld, The Smothers Brothers, Billy Crystal, Jay Leno, Ellen Degeneres, Arsenio Hall and George Lopez.
