Fat Joe's upcoming release "All or Nothing" has been delayed due to issues resulting from sample clearances on a few of the Nuyorican rapper's tracks. Originally set for an April 26 release, the album now won't be available until May 24th. The first single, So Much More, is already burning up the Billboard charts, and you can check out the video on MTV outlets and BET.
UK company Basic Box has bowed out of its deal with Christina Aguilera to manufacture and distribute a clothing line in the singer's name. The split came after Aguilera made comments to the press that celeb clothing lines were "tacky". Obviously, this didn't sit well with Basic Box.
Eva Longoria has signed on as a national spokesperson for Padres Contra el Cancer. GRAMMY winning act, La Ley, will perform and Longoria will be honored at the Padres Contra el Cancer 20th Anniversary Gala, which takes place March 31st at The Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles.
The publisher of People en Espanol will discuss key findings from the mag's Hispanic Opinion Tracker (HOT) study at the 2005 Innovations in Hispanic Marketing Conference, April 6 & 7 in Miami.
HBO and the New York International Latino Film Festival (NYILFF) are holding a competition to find the best up and coming Latino filmmaker. The NY Mets have launched a new program called the "Pedro Pack", which offers Pedro Martinez fans an 8-game package which includes tix to Martinez's first game at Shea Stadium, the Pedro Martinez bobblehead Night, Hispanic Night, Merengue Night and games against the Yankees, Angels and Braves. The Pedro Pack is being offered at $98 per seat, and is the first time the Mets have named a ticket plan after a player.
Congrats to Puerto Rican rocker, Ignacio Pe?a, who won the Jukebox Jury award at SXSW. Pe?a's song "Only End Up Lonely", from his album Anormal, will be featured on iTunes' home page as part of its SXSW Artists to Watch program.

Benicio is also featured on the cover of the April edition of Esquire magazine, and can be seen in the highly anticipated film, Sin City by director Robert Rodriguez.
"Amor Real" makes its debut April 26th on DVD as the first novela to be offered with English sub-titles in the US. Amor Real is the highest rated Spanish-language soap in the US, airing on Univision. The double disc DVD will include bloopers, a music video by Sin Bandera, and other bonuses.

Si TV debuts the Not-So-Foreign Filmmakers Showcase, two hours of programming dedicated to celebrate the independent spirit found in many Latino and mulitcultural films. Besides offering popular indie films and shorts, the show's wraparounds serve as mini-movies that encapsulate each episode with a singular theme. Directed by Antonio Negret and hosted by Joe Hernandez-Kolski, the series' unconventional style finds the host interviewing guests in unusual places and scenarios, from playing Battleship against Jay Hernandez, to dancing Salsa with Erika Christensen at Sundance, to playing a drinking game with Rick Gonzalez.
La Musica Vol. 1 is a new mix of Latin music by DJ Dusk, inspired by LA nightclub Root Down. The CD features a mix of classic salsa, cumbia, rhumba, Latin jazz, funk covers and more, by artists such as El Gran Combo, Tito Puente, El Chicano and others.
