In his own words: "I design my courses to provide the actor the tools necessary to get a job, depending on his or her present level of experience. If the actor is not seasoned enough to get out and work upon completion of the course work, thenhe should at least be able to recognize his progress, and realize what his next training steps should be. Finally, my classes stress creativity and fun. "
