102 Million by 2050

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the projected Hispanic population in 2050 will be 102 million. It is currently 44 million as of July 2006, making Hispanics the largest minority group in 22 states. This number has doubled since 1990, when there were 22 million Hispanics in the U.S.

Oil and natural gas pipelines in Veracruz and Tlaxcala Mexico were the target of several explosions on Monday. The attacks came just 2 months after similar explosions in Queretaro and Guanajuato attributed to the EPR (Popular Revolutionary Army).

To match the US‘«÷s strict visa restrictions, Bolivia‘«÷s government will require all Americans visiting the country, which is one in every 5 international visitors, to obtain visas beginning on December 1st 2007.

Diego Maradona is being considered a fugitive by Argentine authorities after he failed to appear in court 5 times. The case involves a hit-and-run incident in which Maradona fled the scene after apparently driving up onto a sidewalk, hitting a phone booth and injuring a couple.
