- Assist owner (planning & booking trips, making appointments, calendar maintenance, and filing, etc.)
- Answer phone and take messages
- Responsible for office day-to-day operations
- Accounts Receivables & Payables
Qualifications desired: A motivated, organized self starter who is honest and reliable. Must be able to prioritize work load & accustomed to working in a multi-tasking environment. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. Experience in QuickBooks is a plus, but not necessary. Bilingual candidates Spanish/English a plus but not necessary.
2+ Years of Administrative and accounting experience
