Formed in 1981 by Maestro Hernandez, Grammy nominated and worldly renowned Mariachi Sol De Mexico releases their 14th album. Sol de Mexico is recognized as one of the world's greatest mariachi groups and continues to justify their popularity through impeccable recordings which they offer to the world of Mariachi music.

Unprecedented, unrivaled and uninhibited, the impact of Jose Hernandez and his Sol de Mexico on Mariachi and all music is undeniable. Jose's charismatic arrangements and signature trumpet playing made the group an instant lasting success: Sol de Mexico has collaborated and played alongside a variety of major Mainstream and Latin artists as well as sold out halls from New York's Lincoln Center to Vi??a del Mar in Santiago, Chile. Not only were they the first Mariachi group to play concerts in Beijing, China and Pyongyang, North Korea but the shows were also sold out. They have also played for four U.S. Presidents including performances at the White House.
