Full-service advertising, marketing and public relations firm, specializing in both Hispanic and African American markets.

RESPONSIBLE TO:
Managing Director

STATUS:
Full-time - 40+ hours/week

SALARY/WAGES:
$38,750ÔÇô $55,000 plus bonus

CLASSIFICATION:
Middle Level Management

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The management supervisor is responsible for the overall strategic direction and day-to-day management of activities of assigned account(s), while also managing projects and providing support for other accounts as needed. The management supervisor will also research material for clients; be present during client meetings and conference calls; actively participate in meetings; manage monthly budgets for account/clients; develop media materials (i.e. press releases, feature stories, media alerts, fact sheets, biographies, general correspondences and new business
proposals); interact with the local, regional, and national media on a regular basis; establish and maintain relationships with community leaders and community influencers; and go above and beyond the scope of work given. The management supervisor will also manage an employee and the accounts assigned to this individual.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Advertising or English.
2. Five to six years experience in public relations, communications, marketing or advertising.
3. Strong writing skills.
4. Knowledge of Macintosh computers.
5. Must have own car and be available to do evening and weekend assignments.
6. Must be well organized, flexible, have ability to manage multiple tasks, possess adequate time management
skills, self-starter, ambitious, analytical, critical thinker, active listener and goal oriented.
7. Ability to work with diverse communities.
8. Passion for the craft of communicating messages that produce results for the firm's clients.
9. Ability to work as a team player.
10. Bilingual in Spanish and English. Ability to write and speak Spanish preferred.
11. Understanding of the U.S. Hispanic market.
12. Relationships with Hispanic community leaders, organizations and media helpful.



JOB TITLE: Senior Account Executive

STATUS: Full-time - 40+ hours/week

SALARY/WAGES: $28,500 ÔÇô 43,750 plus bonus

CLASSIFICATION: Entry level

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct the day-to-day activities of assigned accounts while also providing support for the assigned account manager; write press releases, feature stories, media alerts, fact sheets, biographies, general correspondence and new business proposals; research material for clients; be present during client meetings and conference calls; interact with the local media on a regular basis; actively participate in meetings; participate in strategic creative brainstorming meetings; back up account manager when he/she is not present; handle monthly invoicing for account/clients; and go above and beyond the scope of work given.

2. Two to three years experience in public relations, communications, marketing or advertising.
