I am a member of the Commercials Negotiations Committee and a candidate with the Membership First slate.

Earlier this year I experienced first hand how much more we can accomplish for our union when we stand together before management. The Hollywood Commercials Negotiations Committee populated with Membership First members brought back to you a contract with a 94% approval from our National Board. We can do the same as we counteract the corrosive effects of non-union buy-outs that plague our industry. Standing together we can regain the lost residuals that were given away with the current TV & Theatrical contract.

To continue my work I need your vote to secure a seat in SAG's Board of Directors.

"My goals: Gain parity with the English market's schedule of residual payment for Spanish language commercials. Organize and regain jurisdiction over non-union commercial & theatrical production in traditional & new media for all performers Strengthen coalition with other trade unions. I will work for all union members, not only Latino performers. Organizing non-union work in Spanish media will bring strength & revenue to SAG. Spanish media is a growing market despite the current economic downturn.

*Member of: National Spanish Language Media Task Force, Monitoring Committee at W & WC Meetings, MOVE Steering Committee, Commercials Negotiations Committee."
