Man One: Month-long Retrospective


"Graffiti Spirits" is a solo show and retrospective by MAN ONE. The opening reception is Saturday, October 3rd, 2009 from 6-10pm featuring live music by Dj Akaider and special guest Dow Jones (South Rakkas Crew), Live printing by Two Rabbits, Kogi BBQ Truck and other surprises in store!

Show runs thru October 31st, 2009

This marks Man One's first solo exhibit in almost five years, the month-long exhibition highlights this prolific artist's career and makes available many important works rarely seen before and dating as far back as 1992.

Man One will be On-air Live: Tune in tomorrow Oct. 1st for a live webcast at noon on LAXArtscene.

*Please note all events are FREE but the gallery does appreciate donations at the door. Every $5 donation receives a complimentary poster print by Man One during the month of October (whiles supplies last).

Oct.17: ONE PLANET, Man One teams up with the Center for Bilogical Diversity to bring an exclusive event and concern for endangered species and the environment. Public opening and celebration: ONE PLANET, 8-10pm featuring live painting with Unification Theory.

Oct. 24: Artist Talk with Man One 2:30-4pm
Man One discusses his process of art making and walks you through an intimate review of his exhibition as he discusses his career as an artist, gallery director, and graffiti art advocate. The event is FREE and open to all ages. Limited seating available. rsvp@crewest.com
