Love for a Lost Brother

Once again, the fabled Los Angeles Chicano music community comes together to mourn the loss of yet another one of it's own...another family member...more sweet music we will memorialize in hearts...

Pete Perez was a multi-talented Chicano brother who loved his people and his music. As a long time musician, performer, and recent member of The NATION OF AZTLAN, Pete helped bring the sweet sound of Chicano Music to thousands across Aztlan for many years.

Recently, GOD called Pete home to help join the finest band up in Heaven...leaving us all at a loss at his sudden and unexpected calling.

In respect and tribute, some of L.A.'s & Southern California's finest original classic and contemporary Chicano musicians & artists will join together for one afternoon & early evening, along with a grieving but loving community, and pay tribute to one of our own in a fund raising benefit concert to help benefit Pete's family.

...and we invite you all to join us in this celebration of love & respect.
