Social media and emerging technologies have gained increased attention for use as an effective tool for promoting and/or marketing products or businesses. However, if you don't know how to measure the success of a social media campaign or its efforts, your return on the investment may be less then what you envisioned.
To help you create and measure a social media campaign that has maximum impact, the Hispanic Public Relations Association (HPRA), will host a workshop, Social Media 201: Measuring and Monitoring Results. The event will be held on Thursday, January 28th at 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the beach front hotel Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica.
"We invite those determined to become more social media savvy and want to show client results to join us, learn and network," said Lourdes Rodriguez, HPRA President.
According to Rodriguez, the panel of experts will share case studies and insights along with the tools to measure a social media campaign. The confirmed panelist will include:
ÔÇó Rachel Gross - Social Media and PR Specialist, Boost Mobile
ÔÇó Jose R. Villa - President of Sensis, an LA-based digital ad agency representing such clients as Southern California Edison, U.S. Army, and Fox, to name a few.
