Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Rodrigo Teijeiro is Sonico's founder and chief executive officer. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from University of Southern California and studied Economics at Universidad de San Andr?®s (Argentina). In 1997 and among 700 teams, Rodrigo won the "The Business Junior Achievement Contest" whose final round took place in Japan.
Since 1994, Rodrigo describes himself as an Internet addict. He created and developed a wide variety of online businesses that were successful worldwide -- going from telecommunications to virtual services.
In only two years he succeeded in placing Sonico as the Latin American social network that helps people to organize their lives online. Rodrigo has main responsibility for the company and he works closely to develop a general strategy of the product.
Rodrigo was part of the 2.0 Leaders group at the Davos 2009 World Economic Forum. He also participated in the XII MIT Sloan Latin Conference, the event that gathers more than 500 influential leaders from business, government, academia, and society in Latin America.
