I just wanted to pass along some great information that I think you might find interesting. My health and fitness business, Movemo Fitness, is launching a boot camp program and we are looking for people to take part beginning the second week of January.
Traditionally for a 1 month boot camp you can expect to pay anywhere from $300-$400. But because you'll be the first cohort you can expect to pay only $200! What's even better is that by paying this flat fee you'll be able to take unlimited classes for the month (limit 1 per day) which is 7 classes a week for 4 weeks if you chose. If however, you prefer to pay as you go, you will have that option available as well. If you decide to go this route, please expect to pay $10 per session.
You will notice that our classes will only run for half an hour at a time, why you ask? We understand that time is of the essence and want to provide you flexibility. With that in mind we have created a full body circuit program that will challenge you by providing an intensity level that will make you feel like you've worked twice as long. Remember that you will have the option of taking unlimited classes for the given month if you feel like you need an extra work out.
The only catch is you must be willing to offer up candid feedback to help make our future boot camps better and be one of the first ten people to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
So if you are looking for an enjoyable and challenging way to kick start your exercise program, lose weight, or just change up your routine this might be what you need.
We make health and fitness intuitive all in challenging and encouraging group setting so join us for our first Movecamp brought to you by Movemo Fitness! No experience necessary and it's a great way to kick start 2011!
